Q: What's the First Thing I Should Know About Ordering Custom Flags / Banners?
A: In order to make a product with your custom design on it, we will require digital vector art. This means you have to supply a digital file that is your finished design in VECTOR format (ie: an Adobe Illustrator file, an editable EPS file with no fonts, placed bitmap images or includes, a CorelDraw file, etc.). The reason for this is that Bitmap art (Photoshop files, jpeg, gif, bmp and other such file types) are made up of little dots - when such a  file is enlarged the result is a blur rather than the desired result.
Q: What if I don't have vector art?
A: You will have to create useable vector art or have it created for you. If you have bitmap art, a scan, a drawing or similar material you will need to create a composite vector file from it. If you are not familiar with how to do this you can search the web for more information (eHow: How To Create Vector Art) or look for a "Vector Art Conversion Service".
Q: How Long Will It Take To Get My Custom-made Product?
A: After final art is approved, and an order and payment terms have been established Custom-Made flags and banners typically require from 12 to 18 working days manufacturing time (plus transit time via the shipping method you choose). Each order will be quoted an estimated production time when placed.
Q: How Do I Order and Pay For Custom Flags or Banners?
A: Since the manufacturing of custom design flag & banner products requires your unique specifications, designs and other choices, instant on-line purchasing of custom flags and custom banners is not possible. After receiving a quotation you must correspond with us, to notify us that you wish to go ahead with an order. We will go over the specifics, including the total cost and shipping charges, production time required and payment terms.

Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: You can choose shipping by United Parcel Ground Service (2 to 7 day delivery, depending on the distance you live from Chicago, IL), United Parcel 2-Day Service (2nd business day delivery by 5:00PM), or UPS Next Day Service (delivery next business day by 10:30AM, Noon or 5:00pm, depending on service in your area).  All shipments are insured, and a tracking number is e-mailed to you when the products are shipped.
Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: Custom Made products are made just for you and are not returnable, unless the product is actually defective. Our products are double-inspected for quality and guaranteed to be free from material defects on delivery. If feel that you have received a damaged or defective product, contact our Customer Department at (800)352-4776 (during business hours) within 72 hours of receipt.
