Q: How do I browse the Flag Store?
A: Run your cursor over the menu choices until you find what you want. Using the left button on your mouse, 'click' on the highlighted text to go to that item or listing. Use the 'back' button (or left arrow) on your browser menu to go back to a previously viewed page. You may also click on the 'search' icon and look for items offered at the online flag store, regardless of category.
Q: How do I select products to buy?
A: Click on the "Add to Shopping Cart" or "View Order" highlights, or their icons on the bottom of each product listing. When you have finished shopping, click on the "View Order" icon anywhere in the online store to go to the Order Form section. Please note that if we are aware an item is out of stock, you will get an "Out of Stock" message when you try to add the item to your shopping cart. Popular items are actively tracked so that you won't be disappointed and forced to wait long periods of time for sold out items to become available again.
Q: How do I pay for my purchases?
A: We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express & Discover cards. The card information, along with address, telephone, e-mail and choice of shipping details you fill in on the order page will be collected and approved, although your credit card is not actually billed until the merchandise has shipped. Click on the payment type box on the Order Form to select the card you wish to use. The secure purchasing system on our dedicated server guarantees that your card information remains private, with encrypted transmission and verification. No card account information is sent to us with your order, since the transaction is authorized and completed directly through the secure server.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: You can choose shipping by United Parcel Ground Service (2 to 7 day delivery, depending on the distance you live from Chicago, IL), United Parcel 2-Day Service (2nd business day delivery by 5:00PM), or UPS Next Day Service (delivery next business day by 10:30AM, Noon or 5:00pm, depending on service in your area). U.S. Postal Service delivery is also available ( for APO, FPO, AE addresses and Post Office Boxes only ). Click on the delivery method box shown on the Order Form to select with service you prefer. Note that shipping occurs on business days only (Mon.- Fri.) All shipments are insured, and a tracking number is e-mailed to you when the products are shipped.
Q: How long does it take to fill my order?
A: For orders received by noon central time, in-stock merchandise will usually ship the same business day. If any item is out of stock, you will be informed by e-mail and/or telephone as to the date it will be available to ship. Shipping occurs on business days only (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays our shipping department is closed).
Q: What if I need to return an item?
A: Our products are double-inspected for quality and guaranteed to be free from material defects on delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact our Return Authorization Department at (800)352-4776 (during business hours) within 72 hours of receipt. We will arrange satisfactory replacement or refund upon return of the item. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT A CERTIFIED RMA NUMBER ON THE PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Refer to our Terms Of Sale for details of all conditions pertaining to on-line Flag Store transactions.

Note: Any ordered products that are discontinued or otherwise unavailable will result in cancellation of your order, or part thereof, before your card is charged. You will be advised by e-mail and/or telephone if this occurs, and receive confirmation of your partial order or cancellation. Advertising Flag Co., Inc. reserves the right to limit quantities of any offered product, and the right to decline acceptance of any offer to purchase without incurring liability of any kind. Because products that are not in-stock may be discontinued, we cannot issue a "rain check" or guarantee that said product will be available at the previous or listed price in the future. Products and/or prices offered for online purchase may not available through other means of purchase from Advertising Flag Co., Inc. or it's subsidiaries.

Q: I am a reseller. If I order using this website, can I expect additional or trade discounts on items sold to me?
A. No. Items sold at flagpro.com are not subject to further discounts or rebates. The Flag Store at Advertising Flag is a retail outlet only. Resellers can contact us by fax or telephone to inquire about becoming a dealer.

Q: If I am in Chicago, can I pick up website purchases at your factory store?
A. You cannot buy something on the website without selecting a shipping method, and website pricing may be less than the regular retail price we charge in our factory store - HOWEVER, we do offer a "cash and carry" discount to shoppers in our factory store, so you can still get great value. Our store is located at 3801 S. Ashland Avenue in Chicago, and is open from 8:30 am until 5 pm Mon-Fri., plus 9 am until 12:00 Noon on some Saturdays - call first to see if we're open! (closed Sundays and holidays). Park free in our lot, or take the Ashland Avenue bus. Please call in advance so we can be sure that the items you want are in stock.1-800-FLAGPRO
