Shopping Cart Overview
Your Shopping Cart holds everything you have decided to purchase while shopping on-line at the FLAGPRO™ Flag Store at Advertising Flag Company. You can view the products you have added to your Cart simply by clicking on the underlined "Your Cart" link located near the upper left corner of every page.
Adding an Item to your Shopping Cart
To add an item to your Shopping Cart, click on the image of a product you are interested in and details about that product will be provided - or just click on the "Add to Cart"button for the item. Like placing products in a Shopping Cart at a traditional store, you can "collect" a group of products that you might want to purchase by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
Please Note: For your safety and security the Shopping Cart will only hold items for 60 minutes after your last activity on our web site.
Modifying the Contents of your Shopping Cart
To change the quantity of an item, change it's color, style or size if applicable, or remove it from your Shopping Cart, click on the underlined "Your Cart" link located near the upper left corner of every page. There, you will see all the items in your cart.
If you modify the quantity or remove an item from your shopping cart, you must click the RECALCULATE button to enact the changes. This will automatically update your Shopping Cart and allow for accurately completing your purchase. To remove all items from your cart and start over, click on the EMPTY CART button
Completing your Purchase
When you are finished shopping, go to your Shopping Cart. You will see a list of the items in your Shopping Cart.
You will have the option to change item quantities, or remove any unwanted items from your order (enter a zero in the quantity box of any item you wish to remove and click on the RECALCULATE button). To purchase the selected items and finalize your shopping experience, click the CHECKOUT button at the bottom of the Shopping Cart. On the encrypted and secure Checkout page you will be prompted through a few short steps so we may gather additional order, billing and shipping information.
In this section, you can indicate a shipping address other than your billing address.
We use only the best service to quickly bring your items to your doorstep. All orders are usually shipped by United Parcel Service ground service. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box, so a complete street address is required. Normal delivery time takes up to 7 business days, based on your location in relation to our distribution center. You can also request expedited shiiping, such as UPS 2-Day Service or UPS Next Day Service, at additional expense. If you are shipping to a Post Office Box or Military (APO) address you must select "U.S. Postal Service"

After you submit your order you will see a "Thank You" message indicating that your order has been successfully completed. A confirmation message will be sent to your email address to confirm that your order is being processed. This email will include your order number to assist in identifying the status of your order should you have any questions. You will receive another email when your order ships, which will include shipment tracking information (if shipped via UPS).
