At Advertising Flag Co. and the FLAGPRO® Flag Store, dozens of men and women work to provide you with the finest flag and banner products. In addition to the printing, sewing and support staff, here a few of the folks you are likely to encounter when shopping with us. For those of you we can't meet in person, we feel it's always nice to put a face with the name!

Randy Smith, President of the company. Randy spends most of his day quoting custom flag and banner products, and helping customers to make the hundreds of choices available when buying custom made products. After 37 years of making & selling flags, he can answer your questions about our products, and flags in general. ( ext. 107 ) |
Bob Olson, Vice President of the company. Bob is in charge of production, and helps insure that our products are of the highest quality. He also helps customers with custom banner, flag and pennant quotations plus installation options. His expertise is based on over 39 years experience ( ext. 108 ) |
Mike Olson is Advertising Flag's General Manager Mike is in charge of sales and inventory planning. marketing & development. Mike is very knowledgeable about flag history, too. He will be happy to answer any inquiry about custom or stock merchandise, or quote your special project at ext. 106. |

Cookie Mulheron is our Bookkeeper, and also a Customer Service Representative for stock products. She is also responsible for credit inquiries, receivables and collections. Whether you have a question about your account, or need that rush order shipped today, Cookie can be reached at ext. 103. |
Veronica Garcia is Chief Billing Specialist and Customer Service Representative. She is expert at converting production orders into invoices by adding shipping charges, special notations and other important details to the record. When we have all the info to precisely duplicate your banners from 3 or 4 years ago, it's mostly due to her accuracy. Reach her at Ext. 102. |
Graphic arts technicians need to be competent, accurate and resourceful. Don Strom is all of these, and can help answer your questions regarding our dyed full-color printing process and other aspects of graphics and art production.
