Our custom nylon street banners use 200 denier nylon, a lightweight yet durable fabric with a refined appearance. As a result, nylon banners add an upscale, fabric-forward look to streets, parking lots, campuses, and commercial corridors while still performing well outdoors.

Full-Color Printing with Natural Fabric Character

Each banner features full-color digital printing, allowing logos, text, and graphic elements to reproduce with excellent clarity. Because nylon is a woven fabric, colors appear slightly softer than vinyl. Consequently, the banner delivers a polished, professional look ideal for decorative streetscape and branding programs.

Artwork prints on one side only, with the reverse image visible through the back due to the fabric’s natural translucency.

Secure Pole Pocket Construction for Street Banner Hardware

Every nylon street banner includes 3″ pole pockets at both the top and bottom. These pockets accommodate poles up to 1.25″ in diameter for standard street banner hardware. In addition, grommets along one vertical edge provide extra flexibility for bracket systems and tensioning needs.

Together, these features create a clean hang, stable alignment, and consistent presentation once installed.

Reinforced Sewing for Repeated Outdoor Use

We finish each banner with double-needle lock stitching around the perimeter. This reinforced construction helps the banner maintain its shape while resisting fraying during regular wind exposure and outdoor use.

Artwork Requirements and Production

For best results, please submit artwork in vector format (.eps, .ai, or .pdf). In some cases, a high-resolution .jpg or .png may also work. Once we receive your file, our team reviews it for size, clarity, and placement before production begins.
