Custom screen printed Sunbrella street banners by FlagPro are proudly manufactured in the United States using genuine Sunbrella® Shade performance fabric. We remain one of the few U.S. production shops still screen printing directly onto Sunbrella® instead of digitally printing onto polyester. As a result, these banners deliver exceptional fade resistance, rich opaque color, and long-term outdoor durability for true streetscape programs.

Genuine Sunbrella® Shade Performance Fabric

Each banner is produced using authentic Sunbrella® Shade fabric, a solution-dyed acrylic material engineered for extreme outdoor exposure. Because the color is locked into the fiber itself, Sunbrella® resists fading far longer than digitally printed fabrics. Consequently, this material performs exceptionally well for municipal, downtown, and multi-year avenue banner programs.

Traditional Screen Printing for Maximum Color Longevity

We screen print each banner using professional inks that bond directly into the Sunbrella® fibers. This process produces deep, opaque color with no light bleed. Double-Sided Readability with Controlled Weight

All Sunbrella® street banners are double-sided by printing the front and back of a single ply of fabric. This construction allows artwork to read cleanly from both directions while maintaining proper weight for controlled movement in the wind. As a result, banners hang evenly and maintain their structure over time.

Standard Pole Pocket Construction for Street Banner Hardware

Each banner includes 3″ pole pockets at the top and bottom, designed to accommodate poles up to 1.25″ in diameter. In addition, grommets are placed along one vertical edge to support common streetscape bracket systems. This finishing ensures secure mounting and reliable alignment once installed.

Reinforced Sewing for Long-Term Outdoor Use

Every banner is finished with double-needle lock stitching around the perimeter. This reinforcement strengthens the seams and helps prevent fraying during continuous outdoor exposure. Consequently, banners maintain a clean appearance through repeated seasonal installations.

Standard Sizes with Custom Dimensions Available

Standard finished sizes include 18″×38″, 22″×54″, 22″×72″, 30″×60″, 30″×72″, and 30″×96″. However, if your program requires a non-standard size to match an existing bracket system or streetscape layout, we can also quote custom dimensions upon request.

Artwork, Proofing, and Color Matching

For best results, we require vector artwork in .eps, .ai, or .pdf format. Each project includes PMS color matching and digital proof approval prior to production. This process ensures accurate branding and consistent results across entire banner programs.

While Vinyl Street Banners remain a reliable choice for short-term promotions and Nylon Street Banners offer an upscale fabric appearance with single-sided visibility, Polyester Street Banners provide the greatest design flexibility with full-color graphics that read correctly on both sides. However, for permanent or recurring streetscape programs that demand proven outdoor performance, Sunbrella® remains the preferred choice.
